November Training

New this season, Niagara Frontier will offer pre-season strength and conditioning for our high school age athletes.

Each session will be two hours long and will focus on the same movements and training we will be using throughout the regular club season.  The major goal is to give our players a much needed but active rest (from volleyball) after the high intensity of the high school season.   

Session focuses will include: re/pre-habilitation for injury recovery and prevention, mobility training, acceleration and deceleration, sprinting, jumping and landing progressions, tumbling progressions, upper body, lower body and core strength work.  Session will be very progressive in nature and will be an excellent chance for the attendees to get a head start on the club season.  We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
