*Our plan is to post all team rosters within one week following the last tryout of each age division which will be prior to the first payment due date.
Deposit - 20% of season dues will be due at the time of registration and assumes acceptance of a roster spot. Athletes will have 5 days to complete the Season Dues registration and submit their deposit. After that time the spot will be offered to an alternate athlete.
Payment Schedule - if selecting a payment plan (this does not include the deposit), funds will be automatically debited every 30 days from the date of the completion of the registration.
Payment Method - whichever credit/debit card is used at checkout will also be the card used if selecting a payment plan. If your card changes you will need to update your card information in SportsEngine. Failure to do so will result in your account being past due and can impact athlete participation. NFVB does not have access to personal financial information and cannot update that information for you.
Refund Policy - the majority of the club's expenses are static and not appreciatively impacted by the number of players on a team. Because of this refunds cannot be accomodated.
Optional Insurance - at checkout you will have the option to purchase insurance through a third party to insure your season dues. This insurance covers injuries and other season ending circumstances. Keeping the club's refund policy in mind, we strongly recommend all registrants take advantage of this option.
Sibling Discount (deadline 12/1/24) - families with multiple athletes in the club are eligible for a 5% sibling discount for each athlete UPON REQUEST. To receive the discount, please contact Tracey Martin (nfvoperations@gmail.com) with the names and teams of your athletes. The deadline to request the discount is DECEMBER 1st, 2024. Credit will be applied to the final payment. If dues are paid in full a refund will be issued.
Niagara Frontier Volleyball is one of the only clubs in this part of the country that rents space in a facility where volleyball is a priority. Our overhead costs compared to most clubs are significantly more. With the best training offered and one of the largest facilities in the Northeast dedicated to just volleyball, our costs are going to be inherently higher when compared to other clubs.
Each season commences with tryouts in August and finishes with our local program in May and our travel programs as late as July. Therefore, our staff is hard at work starting in July each year before players step foot on the court for tryouts. Most of the planning and preparation for the season takes place by our full-time staff in July, August, and September. The remainder of the season is equally as busy with managing parent and player communication, adjusting tournament schedules, handling hotel accommodations, creating rosters, tournament scheduling each week, parent, coach and player management, practice planning, uniform dissemination and adjustments, etc. Running a volleyball club is a massive undertaking and the associated costs when running a volleyball club like Niagara Frontier Volleyball can be higher than a club that runs out of a high school or community center.
Please know NFVB will work with any family that needs financial assistance through payment plans that work for their family.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT NATIONALS:
It is expected that Girls Navy and Boys Gold players attend Nationals at the end of the year providing they qualify.
Girls NAVY & RED teams interested in attending the Girls National Championships in any division must decide if they will attend by January 15th and the club will initially enter them in the Patriot division. If a team qualifies for a higher division, they are expected to attend that division. This allows enough time for the club and the WEVA region to notify USAV of our desire to participate. The club will NOT send Regional (White) or Local teams to nationals in 2025.
For ANY interested National teams that attend USAV or AAU nationals, attending players will need to cover additional coach, travel and tournament entry expenses.
Depending on the location of the National events, team costs can range between $3500 and $6000 per team.
Disclaimer-The club subsidizes a portion of the expenses to keep the family fee at $350.
If your team decides to not attend Nationals, your last scheduled season tournament will be the end of your season.
