Niagara Frontier Volleyball's Player Highlight of the Week is Mya Bush from the 16 Navy team.   Niagara Frontier is proud to highlight her athletic and academic accomplishments this week!

Mya is currently a sophomore at Depew High School.  She started playing volleyball in 7th grade.  She has been a varsity starter for the Depew Wildcats since 8th grade. This past season, she was awarded the following athletic awards:

Class B All-State 5th Team

2nd Team All WNY

1st Team All ECIC

1st Team Division All Star

*A highlight from this past season includes her hand in the Depew High School team winning the section sportsmanship award for 2021.  She also helped lead her team to its first ever sectional championship and this season they won their division for the first time in school history! 

Mya also plays basketball for Depew and is academically outstanding .  As a sophomore, she is a starter on the Depew Wildcats varsity team and her other achievements include:

Leadership in Action Student
