We want to give a friendly reminder that our Rock the Red store is closing on April 17. If you haven’t ordered anything yet, take a look and see what you might want! Make sure you get your order in soon! All orders are shipped directly to your home!
2. GET READY FOR BATTLE
We have A LOT of NFVB girls teams who are preparing to go to battle and win their bid to nationals at their WEVA bid qualifier. To represent our NFVB family we ask that you dress for battle and wear camo during practice next week (April 17 - April 21).
If you need some motivation before practice, pick a motivational quote from our “Ready for Battle” ammo box to get you in the zone!
3. Good Luck This Weekend!
There are many teams who are competing this weekend! We have our 14 Navy and 15 Red traveling to Sandusky, Ohio to compete in the Breakout Bash - Cedar Point tournament. In addition, our 18 White team will be facing some tough teams at the WEVA Rally III tournament in Brockport, NY. Good luck girls!
If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, come watch and cheer on our boys teams who are competing in the NFVB Spring Smackdown! We have a number of our boys teams that will be facing solid competition including: 15 Gold, 15 Silver, 15 Bronze, 16 Gold, 16 Silver, 17 Gold, & 18 Gold. Good luck boys!

4. Red Week
Check out some of our pictures from practice this week! Everyone was rocking their red gear for Dyngus Day and in honor of our Rock the Red store being open! We love seeing everyone in the gym working hard and getting things done together as a unit while having a good time!
