1. Good Luck to ALL of our boys & girls teams in the national and regional levels who are competing in the AAU Cleveland Open this weekend.

3. Our Picture Make-Up Day has been set for Tuesday, February 13. You may show up anytime between 5 pm and 7 pm. Please note that this is the final date that pictures will be available for this season (2023-2024). If you do not have your picture taken after this date, you will not have a picture for this season.
4. Our color week this month will be February 12 - February 16 - we would like to fill the gym with the colors red and pink in honor of Valentine’s Day being this week!

NFVB Nation, it's important to remember that the greatest of the five S's of sports training is spirit. As we take on the challenges of volleyball, let's remember that our passion, determination, and positive attitude are what truly set us apart.
