Kelsey Tylec - right (Age 12 – 7th grader at Edward Town Middle School) and Emma Wlostowski - left (Age 14 – Alden Central High School 9th grader) participated in the 14 & Under Division of the OVR Holiday Junior Beach National Qualifier in Cleveland, Ohio. 

Facing teams from all over the country, Kelsey and Emma finished third overall, only losing in semi-finals to the winning championship team. 

This third place finish wins them a bid to the 2017 Junior Beach National Championships in Siesta Key, Florida July 20 – July 25.
