The American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) has named Olivia Alessi, East Aurora High School (2020) to the 2018 Phenom List. Athletes recognized on the Phenom List have been identified by the AVCA as elite rising high school volleyball student-athletes.

These athletes are invited to participate in the AVCA Phenom College Preparatory Program, sponsored by Under Armour, in December located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Last season, Olivia was a member of the 16 Navy team.
