NFVB staff would like to say a great job to all of our NFVB teams who competed in the NFVB Mayhem tournament last weekend.
2) Tryout Information Released!
Have you heard? Our 2024/2025 season tryout information has been released! Save the dates and times you plan on attending and please check out our website for all information. NFVB staff has worked extremely hard to ensure a smooth process for finding information and answering any questions you may have. Check out our tryout page and the various other pages relative to tryouts here.
It is mandatory for parents to read the WEVA Recruitment Policy! Please read the document below if you have not already. Thank you!
3) Recognition Night
You may have seen through our social media posts that Niagara Frontier Volleyball will be hosting a Recognition Night to honor and celebrate our athletes and coaches for an incredible season with NFVB. We are extremely proud of each and every athlete who is a part of NFVB Nation and we would like to recognize those who were here every step of the way. Please join us in celebrating everyone’s hard work and dedication.
Here is some important information about this spectacular night:
Date: Wednesday, June 5
Time: 6 pm - 8 pm
Estimated Timeline:
6:00 pm - Entry Ticket & Raffle
6:15 pm - Awards
7:00 pm - Games & Fun!
What to Expect There:
- 6 v 6 parents vs players (by individuals’ discretion/choice)
- Hot dogs
- Raffle - you are automatically entered into the raffle if you attend Recognition Night!
- Serving game & prizes
- NFVB team slideshow
What You Need To Do: NOTHING! Just celebrate the day with us by attending if you can.
We look forward to sharing this special evening with you and celebrating all of our hardworking NFVB teams on another amazing season together.
4) Tourney & Challenge Courts
We would like to highlight a couple fun events we are hosting for our junior athletes this summer (when you need a break from sand and need to get back into the indoor skills portion to prepare for school ball!)
Junior Mickey Minnie Tournament | Friday, August 16
NFVB is running a Mickey Minnie Tournament for athletes 18 and under! There are two divisions (15U & 18U) - create your team and play in a fun, fast-paced tournament with your friends! You do not have to be an NFVB athlete to attend this tournament - it is open to all athletes that love volleyball.
MATCHING TEAM APPAREL/COSTUMES ARE ENCOURAGED!
Mickey Minnie Tournament: one set is played on a women's height net (girls stay in front row for the entire set). while the other set is played on a men's height net (boys stay in front row for the entire set)

Summer Challenge Courts | June 28 and/or August 9
Have you ever gone to our challenge courts? If not, you're missing out! Our co-ed challenge courts consist of 8-minute games consisting of 4 athletes. These teams will change every time a new game begins!
This is time-based, so the more points your team earns, the higher your chances are of winning the top point scorer at the end!
Our challenge court dates are open to ALL volleyball athletes, not just NFVB athletes!
